Until then, this is a photo entry.
I had to pick my brother up from BGSU, where he's a freshman. The Boy and I packed up his new CR-V and embarked on what would turn into a 12-hour ordeal. Here's one picture from the trip that sums up all of the land out in Bowling Green, Ohio:

Flat. Really flat. I come from a town and a school where hills are the norm. The Boy teaches in a town where they get all kinds of school days because the busses can't make it up the hills in the witer time. It's wierd in BG.
Next picture. More flatness. Train tracks running into the flatness. You could stand in the middle of the tracks and look down them and see literally for miles. Apparently, everything is straight in Bowling Green, too.

And, in other news, since I've signed off, I've had both my nose and my nipple pierced (left). I won't show a picture of the nipple piercing (pnly if you're nasty). But, here's the picture taken today, with my nose ring in:
